New water...

Its not easy finding it after decades of fishing here.  But, it is still out there...thanks to my friend JB.  Sometimes I take him somewhere new, too.  Thats not easy, either...But, here it is.  Right under my nose...

...cow!  It seems I forgot about this place...life caught up to me.  For a general trout bum that happens once in a while.  Not completely, though.  Here are a couple of first era Heddons...a #35 and #13.  Together again after restorations from the Cane Clinic.  Oh...spring is here and fishing has been great.  Pics to follow.  I promise...

Its been awhile...

...and, I have no excuses.  Fishing is good, life is good...politics is great!  I've got a political jones since my father took me to see John Kennedy in the spring of 1960 when he was campaigning hard in Wisconsin for the Democratic primary.  He won the primary here that year but lost the state in the general election...it didn't matter.  Winning the primary here gave him the presidency.  Wisconsin sent a message this year to republicans...Trump won't win here.  Hard to believe...hard to believe.  I hope the dems pick up on Bernies hard work for the platform...A woman president.  Hard to believe...hard to believe.  About time...
